     hello , 

    I get freeze message on screen in md802 after used auto scan when using quick erasing ..  i pressed "ok" then going to quick erasing again so and so..

    its was working well before updated software

     Hello,

    Please make sure you are still within update period.

    Please see if you go back to previous version. 

    After logging in Autel Update, go to install programs then delete it. Go back to updates then select arrow next to version and go to previous version then try again.
